Facility Tours

We want to educate the public on the importance of blood and tissue donation. We offer speakers, and tours of our facilities for community organizations, religious groups, corporations, and educational institutes including junior high schools, high schools, and colleges. We also participate in health fairs and community events, providing displays and information.

Student tours are available at Solvita’s downtown Dayton location.

Students go behind the scenes of the donor room to see what happens to blood after it’s given and have the opportunity to ask questions of the professionals and actual blood donors along the way.
