Thorough Testing

Every donor is thoroughly evaluated using medical and social history assessment, medical records, blood tests, culture results, physical examinations, and autopsy reports (when performed). Extensive tests for infectious diseases are performed on all donors recovered by Solvita. Solvita’s in-house medical doctors’ reviews all donor information, and if found acceptable the tissue is released for processing.

Processed for Quality

All musculoskeletal and skin tissue grafts recovered by our tissue centers and recovery partners across the United States are processed in Ohio. Strict processing procedures are performed by Solvita to ensure quality and safe tissue grafts for transplantation.

Solvita complies with guidelines and regulations from the American Association of Tissue Banks, the Food and Drug Administration and many other state health departments.
