Media Policies

To give journalists the best possible service, while maintaining the standards set to protect donor/recipient confidentiality, Solvita public relations representatives have established the following guidelines for scheduling interviews, shooting video or taking photographs:

• A representative from the public relations/marketing staff will arrange interviews with Solvita staff upon request from media representatives.
• Advance notice is appreciated when requesting an interview so that detailed arrangements can be made.
• Media representatives must be accompanied at all times by a Solvita public relations/marketing staff member or other designated person at a Solvita fixed site location or at Solvita sponsored events.
